HAND STRAPPING: Polypropylene machine strap on cardboard core 200/190. Suitable for semi-automatic and fully automatic strapping machines. 3 grades for every job. Tough polypropylene.
LIGHT. Has a minimum breaking strain 130kg,12mm wide, coil length 2000m.
MEDIUM. Has a minimum breaking strain 180kg, 12mm wide, coil length 1500m.
HEAVY DUTY. Has a minimum breaking strain 220kg, 12mm wide, coil length 1300m.
SEALS. Two sizes/grades. Rust-resistant coating. Quality grade steel.
STANDARD: Semi-open 12 x 25mm seal, 2000 per box.
HEAVY DUTY: Long semi-open 12 x 32mm seal, 2000 per box
TOOLS.
TENSIONING TOOL. Tensions and cuts the strap, can be used vertically or horizontally. Suitable for 12mm wide strapping.
SEALING TOOL. Used in conjunction with the tensioning tool, secures strap by crushing seal.
COMBINATION TOOL. Adds tension, seals and cuts strapping.
