I am missing an item, a parcel or my whole delivery, what should I do?

Please click on order history and select the appropriate order by "show details". There you can see if an item may not be available. Items marked with the truck icon "Delivery information" will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. These deliveries can be postponed.

If the logistic partners have already sent us data to track the shipment, this information will be available for you per item by clicking on "View Details". Depending on the carrier you can either click on "Order Tracking" to track the parcel history on the website of the transport service, or via "View Details" to see a status overview.

Please contact our customer service if according to the order history the item has been sent, but you did not receive it.
