What will happen if I am not around when the carrier comes to deliver my parcel?

An Post will attempt to deliver your order on day one. If unsuccessful you will receive a calling card. With this card you can arrange a redelivery or change the delivery address on the website of An Post.
Any orders that are not re-booked are available for collection at the designated collection point.

Please note: Items that state "shipped directly from supplier", the shipment is carried out directly by the supplier. These can collaborate with other logistics partners, which can lead to different processes around absence.
