How can I view my order history and what do the statuses mean?
To view your order history, you must be logged in. Click in 'My account' on Order history.
In the order history you will find an overview of all your online and offline orders. When you click on "View order" you will find all information for the order you selected. You will see the items in this order, the order number, the order date, delivery address, payment method and the total amount of the order.
In addition, you can reorder, return or add items to a list from here.
From the order history you can also track your order via track & trace and see the status of your order.
There are five statuses:
- Order confirmed: we received your order and will process it.
- Shipped from supplier: This item will be shipped directly from our supplier. Therefor we do not have any track & trace data.
- On route: the order has left the warehouse and is on its way to you.
- Partially delivered: Part of the order is delivered.
- Delivered: Your order is delivered.
