What benefits do I have as a Viking customer and what is different from Office Depot?
Viking has over 30,000 products available on line which you can access 24/7, at a time that suits you. Additionally, the easy to use search function, and handy tools like the 'ink & toner finder' - make finding the right product easy, in just a few clicks. How do I register for a Viking account??
You have received the following email from your account manager “Viking is Office Depot”. When you are registered with Viking you will find your username and password in this email. When not registered, you will find your customer account number in the attached PDF. You can use this customer number to create an account. Whilst registering, click in step 2/2 on the blue field: 'You can link your existing account number to this new account. This allows us to show your complete previous order history'. Enter the customer account number you received and your phone number or postal code and click 'Done'.
Do I make invoice payments to the same bank account number on Viking orders?
Viking has a different bank account number to Office Depot. Viking invoices should be paid to the following bank account. IBAN: IE60 AIBK 9325 1559 4700 31 SWIFT/BIC: AIBKIE2D
Why do you need my email address?
We use your email address to send order confirmations. You can also receive your invoice digitally via email. Plus, you can also receive news about our special promotions and offers, via our newsletter. At Viking, we handle your personal data with great care. Details of how we use your data can be found on our website.
How can I subscribe for the newsletter?
To sign up for our email newsletter please click on Sign up for Email Offers and enter your email address and your customer number (optional).
How can I order my free gift?
If you have an article number for a free item, you can add the full article number in the search bar, for example AB1-23456789. An overview of the item will show. You can now click on "Go to the Shop". If you do not have an item number, you can also choose a gift in our Gift Shop. If you meet the conditions the item will be added automatically to your basket. Please note: the conditions for obtaining the gift can be found on the article page or in the catalog. If the item of your choice is not in stock, a replacement will be sent. For a free article, a maximum of one per customer per order applies.

Questions about your Viking account
Where can I find my customer account number?
You have received the following email from your account manager “Viking is Office Depot”. You can find your customer account number in the attachment of this email. You can also find your customer account number on your Viking invoices and on the back of the Viking catalogues we send you. If you are registered on our website, you will find your customer number in My account.
How do I create a login name and a password?
You can register for an online Viking account using the Sign in button at the top of each page. Please enter your personal details and account information and click "Continue registration". Click in step 2/2 on the blue field: 'You can link your existing account number to this new account. This allows us to show your complete previous order history'. Enter the customer account number you received from your account manager via the e-mail “Viking is Office Depot” and your phone number or postal code and click 'Done'. This way your account is on the correct customer number.
Can multiple contacts order under the same Viking customer account number?
The Viking customer account number is assigned to your company and multiple contacts can be registered as buyers for each customer account number.
I cannot find the items that I previously ordered from Office Depot on the Viking homepage. How can I find them?
Viking products may have a different item number to the item number you previously used at Office Depot. To get a list of relevant products, simply use the 'search' function at the top of the page. If you still can't find the exact product you want, please contact Customer Services who may be able to find it for you or suggest an alternative.
My Office Depot account has stopped working. How do I place orders?
From now on you will be able to place your orders at Viking. But first you need to register with Viking, using the Viking customer account number you received from your account manager in the email “Viking is Office Depot”. As soon as you’re registered you can start shopping with Viking.
I have a complaint regarding my Office Depot account. How will that be handled?
Please contact the Viking customer service team on 0818 27 0151. They will work with the Office Depot customer service team, and you, to address and resolve any queries or complaints you may have.
Can I transfer all my delivery address details from my Office Depot account to my new Viking customer account number?
These delivery addresses are not automatically transferred, but it is possible to save different delivery addresses in your Viking account. You can specify a different delivery address for each order. This can be a business or private address within the United Kingdom. You can change the delivery address during checkout by clicking "Change delivery address". You can also add a new delivery address by clicking "Change / Add" in My Account under "Address Book". It is also possible to have your order delivered at Parcel Motel. Please note that it is not possible to deliver at a foreign.
Is it possible to keep my Office Depot account?
Unfortunately, your Office Depot account will be closed. But by registering for your new Viking account, you'll soon start to see the benefits of being a Viking customer.
Can I have several logins linked to the same customer account number?
As a business customer it is possible to register different email addresses for a customer account number. Whilst registering, click in step 2/2 on the blue field: 'You can link your existing account number to this new account. This allows us to show your complete previous order history'. Enter your existing customer account number and phone number or postal code and click 'Done'.
Various cost centers / internal order numbers are stored in my Office Depot account. Can I also deposit this with Viking?
That is possible, please contact our customer service.
Can I create a new Viking account, using my existing Office Depot customer number?
Unfortunately this is not possible. You will receive a new Viking customer account number. This has already been created for you and can be found on the business card in the envelope we have sent you. If you cannot find your Viking customer account number, we ask you to contact our customer service.
I've previously ordered from Viking and have an existing customer account number, and now have a new Viking customer account number, which should I use?

Can I still contact my Office Depot Account Manager?
You have received an email from your account manager called “Viking is Office Depot.”. Here you can find the contact details of your account manager. In most cases, this is the same person you had at Office Depot. What does the Viking ONE customer program mean?
Viking ONE is our exclusive program for customers with a minimum annual spend of over €3,000. As a Viking One customer you'll receive these additional, exclusive benefits:
