What is Protection Plus?
Protection Plus: Peace of Mind for Your Purchases
Protection Plus extends the product return window from our standard 30-days to a generous 12 months, thereby providing you with more flexibility. Provided your item complies with our standard return policy (available here), you can return the item within 12 months of delivery. All you have to do is to call 0818 / 27 0151* and we will either send you a replacement item or provide you with a voucher for the product. It's that easy.
How does it work?
You can activate or deactivate Protection Plus anytime you wish. To make the necessary changes, follow these steps:
- Go to “My Account” and click on the pencil button next to "Payment details".
- Click on “Pay by Invoice”.
- Below the Protection Plus details, you will see a box next to the sentence ‘Yes, I want peace of mind with the extra protection of a 12 months returns policy’. You can activate Protection Plus by ticking this box, or deactivate it by unticking it.
- Click on 'Save changes'.
Pay by Credit Card or PayPal customers
Want to decide per order? You can also modify your Protection Plus selection during the checkout step, at "Billing" or “Order review”.
When you click on "Proceed to checkout" in the basket, you will go directly to the "Order review".
Here, you can click on "Remove" or "Add" next to "Protection Plus", to remove or add the extra 12 months returns policy from your order.
If you decide to include Protection Plus in your order, a small additional fee is automatically applied to your order as follows:

Protection Plus is not available on orders less than €15.00**.
