Redemption

• Vouchers may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other Viking or third party offer or discount
• Vouchers may only be redeemed at the time of ordering and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit against prior purchases
• The voucher code must be entered/quoted at the point of order
• Vouchers may only be redeemed once

Exclusion of specific products, services and surcharges

The following products, services and surcharges are excluded from voucher discounts and cannot be counted towards achieving any minimum or qualified spending requirements:

• Products marked as "Promo price"
• Products marked as "Your special price"
• Products which are part of a volume discount (e.g. "buy 3 items, get 1 for free")
• Stamps and prepaid postage envelopes, Apple® products, personalized items, any of the Viking Services and Solutions, hampers and gift cards and Covid-19 tests
• VAT or charges for ancillary services, such as delivery and installation

General Terms

• These Vouchers Terms and Conditions apply to all Viking promotional vouchers and discount vouchers. Additional terms may apply to individual promotions and these will be communicated separately
• Vouchers are only valid with Viking in the Republic of Ireland
• Viking reserves the right to refuse a voucher if a customer has any unpaid invoices
• Cash value of vouchers is 0.0001c
• Viking reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time
• Viking's decision is final in respect of any dispute in connection with any voucher
• Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the customer to which the voucher was sent by Viking
• Orders placed are subject to Viking's usual terms and conditions and privacy policy available at www.vikingdirect.ie or you can request a copy from customer services on 0818 27 0151
• All amounts and prices exclude VAT
• The maximum discount that may be received is capped at €200
