What will happen if I am not around when the carrier comes to deliver my parcel?
We work according to the 'leave safe' principle. This means that our delivery partners are authorised by us to operate according to the following principle and steps:
1. The driver of our delivery partner should always try to obtain a POD (Proof of delivery).
2. If no POD is available, the driver will try to leave the delivery with one of your neighbours or another recognisable alternative.
3. If the above two options are not feasible, the driver will assess the possibility of leaving the delivery in a safe place. Our delivery partners have permission to do this.

Please note: Items that state "shipped directly from supplier", the shipment is carried out directly by the supplier. These can collaborate with other logistics partners, which can lead to different processes around absence.
