What will happen if I am not around when the carrier comes to deliver my parcel?
GLS will attempt to deliver your order on day one, if unsuccessful, you will receive a calling card. GLS will attempt to deliver again on day two. If this is unsuccessful, you can use the calling card to
arrange a redelivery or change the delivery address on the website of GLS. If an order is not re-booked, it will be available for collection at the designated collection point.
Please note: Items that state "shipped directly from supplier", the shipment is carried out directly by the supplier. These can collaborate with other logistics partners, which can lead to different processes around absence.
