What will happen if I am not around when the carrier comes to deliver my parcel?

All items should be signed for, we will not leave any items without a signature.
Our carriers will attempt to deliver on 3 consecutive days. If you have received a card notification that we have tried to deliver, please contact our customer service.
When you are not much at home, you can choose for a delivery at Parcel Motel. You can than pick up your package whenever you want. Alternatively it is possible to choose an alternative delivery date or delivery address in Ireland while ordering. This could be a work address or a home address.
