Our customer support is available every working day between 8am and 4pm.
When will my items be collected?
Once your return has been arranged with us, it will be collected by our transportation partner. Please make sure the parcel is ready for collection, securely packaged and with the packing slip or copy of the invoice included.
For all areas we aim for a next day collection service, however this is impacted by the partner’s route planning and the items specifically.
Some items, such as furniture, may require additional collection time as well.
