Material & Thickness

The properties of these covers result from a variety of factors. For instance, characteristics to keep in mind are- the combination of film thickness (thin, medium, or thick), material (PP, PVC rigid film, or PVC flexible film), and surface structure (grained or crystal clear). Depending on the intended use, you can choose from the following variants:

Materials Area of application/special feature

OE means "orange peel effect". The OE surface is added during extrusion by an embossing roll and resembles an orange peel, as the name suggests. The measured film is thicker than the actual material used.

Orange Peel
  • Good grip
  • Low-reflection surface
  • Not embossed
  • Looks more high quality
  • Requires more material for the same measurable thickness
