Our range of teas

Tea is a staple in any household and not only is a cup of tea seen as comforting but it also comes with it's health benefits. Depending on the tea that you have they can not not boost your immune system, tackle inflammation and have even been known to ward off cancer and heart disease. Drinking tea can even help with weight loss and have a lasting impact on your overall health.

Green tea is made with steamed tea leaves and has a high level of EGCG and may help with preventing clogging of the arteries, reducing the risk of Alzheimers, Parkinsons and the risk of stroke. It even can help improve cholesterol levels.

Black tea uses fermented tea leaves and has the highest caffeine content of all the different teas and has been show to not only protect lungs from damage caused by exposure to cigarette smoke but also reduce the risk of a stroke.

White tea is both uncured and fermented and has been show to have the most potent properties when it comes to tackling cancer.
