Important delivery information: Due to the high demand for products and challenges related to Brexit, we cannot offer next day delivery. We will do our best to deliver your products as soon as possible. we are working hard to clear the backlog and we hope to return to normal service soon.

Herewith our temporarily adjusted delivery times for the Republic of Ireland, Dublin and Northern Ireland.

For some products which are delivered directly from the supplier, such as some furniture, a different delivery time may apply. This information is listed alongside the relevant products on this website or in our catalogues.

The next possible delivery date is displayed during the online order and within the order confirmation.

Delivery costs

All orders* €75.00 or over (excl VAT) are delivered free. For orders below this, a delivery charge of €5.00 (excl VAT) will be added. Where partial deliveries are made the overall delivery charge is also calculated based on the total amount (excl. VAT) of your order.

*Some Direct Shipped items may be exempt from Free Delivery.

Credit card

We accept all of the major credit and debit cards. Your transactions and personal data will be held in a PCIDSS accredited system using secure encryption technologies.

Paypal

We are happy to accept PayPal payments.

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay for items in online stores. You will need to register via PayPal to use this option. Please note that it is only possible to pay with PayPal at the point of order.

Invoice/Viking Account

The invoice will be sent with the package or sent by post to your billing address.

If you are registered for our electronic billing system e-billing, you will receive your invoice by e-mail and can manage your account online. Payment is due in cleared funds on the due date usually within 30 days.

A Viking Account is available for Business Customers only.
