Shift your weight occasionally from leg to leg. Wear good shoes, and consider using an anti-fatigue mat.
What is the correct sitting posture at a desk?
Sit at the end of a chair with your pelvis in a neutral position and your buttocks against the chairs back. Hips are in the bend of the chair. Align your ears, shoulders, and hips to maintain the natural curve of your spine. Adjust your seat height for legs posture parallel to the ground, knees even with the hips bending at 90 degrees, and feet resting on the floor. Arms are in a L-shaped bend with elbows by your side. The monitor directly in front of your eyes with an arm`s length away. Use the monitor or laptop stands to adjust the height of the screen.
