HP OfficeJet Pro 9724 Wide Format All-in-One Printer A3 Colour Inkjet 22/18 ppm Wi-Fi C2XG1B

Fast, high-capacity A3 printing to keep teams productive

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9724 is a wide format all-in-one printer built for small office workflows and short job turnaround times. Print speeds are 22 pages per minute in mono and 18 pages per minute in colour. Automatic double-sided printing reduces paper handling and helps maintain a steady output. The device is specified for monthly volumes up to 30,000 pages, supporting sustained use without frequent service interruptions.

Sharp colour output and precise scans for client-ready documents

Print resolution reaches 1,200 x 1,200 dpi for clear text and vibrant colour graphics. Scan resolution is also 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, which preserves detail when digitising brochures or contracts. Copy resolution is 600 x 600 dpi to ensure legible reproductions. Borderless printing capability supports marketing materials up to A3 format.

Network integration and touchscreen control for straightforward workflows

Built for networked environments with Ethernet and USB interfaces, the unit connects into existing office networks with standard drivers and the HP app. The 2.7-inch capacitive colour touchscreen provides direct control for common tasks and quick access to scan and copy functions. An automatic document feeder streamlines multi-page scanning and copying without manual page handling.

Generous paper handling and a compact footprint for busy desks

Paper capacity is 250 sheets and the printer supports one input tray for routine office formats. Automatic duplex printing and A3 maximum paper size make it suitable for booklets and larger layouts while reducing tray changes. The footprint measures 581 mm wide, 467 mm deep and 386 mm high, and the unit weighs 19.5 kg, balancing presence with a manageable desktop footprint.

Practical software support and the OfficeJet Pro pedigree

Included items comprise setup ink cartridges, a power cord and a setup guide to start operations quickly, while HP printer drivers and the companion app enable mobile and desktop printing options. The OfficeJet Pro family combines inkjet print technology with features tailored to small office demands, delivering consistent colour output and document handling that fit everyday business needs.
